Collins Aerospace (RTX)
Director, Global Software Center of Excellence
Asked to stand up a global SCoE defining how software is designed, built, secured, and delivered across the Digital Technology organization: Software Factory models, DevSecOps, platform-first delivery, and the talent paths that make them stick. Built it to 370+ engineers and $38M+ across the US, Puerto Rico, India, and Europe. Eight months in, with a company-wide direction change, its teams were distributed out to the business units to support their specific goals, taking the SCoE's best practices with them.

Collins Aerospace (RTX)
Director, Platform Engineering
Promoted to run the platform organization: the underlying compute, cloud, and container platforms that 20,000+ engineers across the enterprise build on. Took on the Collins HPC, the water-cooled compute in Cedar Rapids. Brought clarity to a $2.4M licensing misalignment with Red Hat and settled it at $230K, after walking them through their own rules on what counts and what doesn't.

PureTower → Independent Technologies · Co-founder
Director, Engineering & Operations
Co-founded PureTower in July 2013 and ran it through its acquisition by Independent Technologies. A nationwide IoT deployment across telecom towers: patented hardware for keeping birds off cell sites, embedded Linux in the field, AWS behind it, and M2M VPNs between them. Introduced CI/CD so field updates shipped in hours, not site visits. The second of his two exits.
